UV-Resistant, Water-Based Elastic Waterproofing (Exterior Walls & Roofs) What it is A one-component, water-based liquid membrane designed for weather exposure, offering an elastic, UV-resistant waterproofing layer for exterior surfaces. Good for Exterior walls and roofs (new or refurbishment) on compatible substrates such as concrete, masonry, stucco and suitable cementitious surfaces. Why DIY customers like it - One-pack, ready to use - UV-stable for outdoor exposure - Helps bridge small cracks with an elastic film - Water-based, low VOC (as stated in the TDS) Before you start (important) - Not for permanent water immersion. - Not recommended for pedestrian traffic. - Avoid roofs with ponding water followed by frost conditions. - Don’t apply on substrates with rising moisture.

Key performance (selected) - Tensile strength ≥ 2.5 MPa - Elongation ≥ 550% - Tensile bond strength (EN 1542) ≥ 1.20 MPa - Low temperature bend (-30°C): No crack - Artificial weathering (Xenon 720h): No visual change - VOC ≈ 0 (as stated) Application parameters (selected) - Substrate moisture content: ≤ 4% - Typical overcoat window (at ~30°C): min 2–3 hours, max ~1 day - Ready for use (guidance): ~72 hours at 30°C - Guide consumption: 1. Walls: ~1.9–2.1 kg/m² for ~1.0 mm DFT 2. Roofs: ~2.9–3.2 kg/m² for ~1.5 mm DFT - Packaging: 4 kg / 20 kg; colours: White/Blue/Grey/Red/Green Limitations / notes - Not for rising moisture substrates. - Not suitable for permanent immersion. - Avoid application where outgassing risk is present (apply during falling temps). - Not recommended for pedestrian traffic. - Not for roofs with ponding water + frost cycles. - Maintain >5°C and RH ≤80% until fully cured.
